My mum, Joanna Dudson-Scott

My mother is a loving and caring person and only wants the best for our family. She is a full-time artist and works from home out of her own gallery that my parents built on-site. 


She takes inspiration from the landscape around her. The mountains, rivers and vineyards are the most common features in her work. 



My hometown

Blenheim is a small town at the top of the South Island of New Zealand. It is a quiet place, located close to the coast, and is warm and sunny in summer with lots of vineyards and wineries. 



It is also very close to the spectacular Marlborough Sounds with their natural forests and amazing fiords.


I enjoy walking, camping and having picnics there with my family.
